On our new graduate development programme will equip you for success in your chosen area of expertise. It’s a comprehensive programme that offers external and internal learning and development opportunities that will stretch and expand your horizons. The programme has four elements:

Departmental Rotation

Over two years you will rotate through our various specialist security teams, including our offensive, defensive, incident response and advisory teams – you’ll gain a real understanding across the complete range of our business, learning what clients need and how we work in advance of threats to provide the security they need.

Mentorship and Coaching

At Quorum Cyber you’ll learn from the best, with mentorship and coaching throughout the programme to support you in your development.

Training

As a Microsoft Gold Partner and member of Microsoft Intelligent Security Association, we believe in the power of training.
